Forward Head Posture

is a correctible condition that can be the result of trauma (intense and fast stress on the neck) or long term cumulative stress such as poor posture. The x-rays below are example before and after treatment to correct forward head posture and its negative effects on your health.

Bottom line here is that, you can fix this problem with specific exercise, spinal adjustments, traction protocols, and ergonomic considerations.
